Abstract

Objectives: To study the differences of biochemistry, Ang I, Ang II and Ald in Xinjiang Kazak and Uygur hypertensive patients. Methods: Selected from February 2016 to November 2016 inUrumqi, Fukang City, Kashi, Tacheng hospitalized patients with essential hypertension as the object of study, including443 people in Kazakhstan, Uygur 424 people. The levels of Ang I, Ang II and Ald were measured, and the differences between the two ethnic groups and the distribution of Ang I and II were analyzed. Results: Serum potassium,Serum sodium, serum calcium, 1,25 (OH)2D3 levels of Kazak patients were higher than Uygur patients (P < 0.05).The AngII level of Kazak was lower than that of Uygur (P < 0.05),No statistically significant differences were found in the levels of Ang II and Ald among the two ethnic groups (P > 0.05).Kazak low Ang I group accounted for 58.01%, normal Ang I group accounted for 37.70%, high Ang I group accounted for 4.29%, Uygur low Ang I group accounted for 41.27%, normal Ang I group accounted for 49.29%, high Ang I group accounted for 9.44%,There were significant differences between the two ethnic groups in Ang I group (P < 0.05).According to age group, Kazak AngI was lower than Uygur nationality (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The level of AngI in Kazak patients was lower than that of Uygur,There was no difference in Ang II, Ald levels between the two ethnic groups.
