Abstract
One anastomosis Gastric bypass/Mini Gastric bypass (OAGB/MGB) was first described in 2001. Large series from experts show a low rate of bile reflux gastritis and marginal ulceration. However, these complications are common during the learning curve of OAGB/MGB. Here in we present 3 cases of laparoscopic management of patients with severe bile reflux gastritis and perforated marginal ulcer after OAGB/MGB.
