Abstract
The wireless power transfer system (shorted as WPTs) is a typical cyber-physical system. The more coincident between the axes of transmitter coil and receiver coil in a conventional WPTs, the more efficient during the wireless power transmission. In this paper, a 2D omni-directional WPTs-CPS via magnetic resonant coupling has been proposed based on rotating magnetic field, and the system is consisted of two orthogonal coils with 90 degrees feeding phase difference. This paper analyzes resonant characteristics of the voltage source physical process of 2D omni-directional WPTs-CPS based on the principle of maximum power transmission efficiency theoretically, and there is a frequency bifurcation and the maximum power transmission efficiency is not more than 17.16% when transmitter coils are resonant with receiver coil. A numerical simulation is carried out to verify the circuit model of the physical process, which can help to design the control law in computational processes of 2D omni-directional WPTs-CPS.
