Abstract
A two-dimensional drift chamber with a thin printed-circuit tape delay linepositioned between two close sense wires was built and tested in a muon beam at Fermilab. A special resolution of σ=1 mm in the coarse dimension is obtained with a collimated 55Fe source and σ=3 mm in the muon beam.
