A Tribute to Robert Post’s Bipolar ‘Perfect Storm’

Abstract

This issue of <em>Psychiatric Annals,</em> guest edited by Robert Post, MD, featuring two articles written by him, is mainly focused on the issue of pediatric-onset bipolar disorder. For years, Dr. Post has been trying to draw our attention to the early onset of bipolar disorder and its consequences, articulating the need for more treatment-focused research in bipolar disorder, but particularly child-onset bipolar disorder.
