Abstract
A fluid-solid convective heat transfer model is constructed according to the velocity distributed calculation of lubricant in clutch groove cavity. Considering the characteristics of circumferential alternation of heat dissipation and generation area on separator plate surface,the effective energy flow characterization equations of convective hear transfer and heat generation at sliding interface are established. The non-heat source temperature field is proposed by effective convective heat transfer and heat conduction. Following the target constraint of continuous contact temperature, the temperature field change is solved during actual dynamic heat flux partition period. The tests with different intensity of heat generation and dissipation are designed, which indicates the reliability of model. The research provides a new method for the temperature field calculation of clutch.
