Abstract

Abstarct This paper presents a systems analysis for transforming an educational system operating under a conventional scheme into a tele‐education system. By tele‐education is meant a system for education or training in which the learner is usually separated in space or time from the subject matter expert for most of his instruction. Particular attention is paid to developing and analyzing a preferred media mix and to the use of models and simulations as part of conducting one's own system analysis.
