Abstract

Electromagnetic form factors and structure functions of deuterium are systematically studied in the non-relativistic domain in order to obtain information on the structure of the two-nucleon system, in particular, on the effects of meson exchange currents and isobar configurations. In this respect, the determination of the small interference structure functions of a coincidence experiment would be particularly rewarding.
