Abstract

The leadership of college English teachers is the influence of English teachers in various group activities in schools, including cultural leadership, professional leadership and information leadership. The leadership of college English teachers can improve the efficiency of English teaching, affect the English level of students, and benefit the development of English teachers themselves. This paper takes some three-level colleges and universities in T city as an example to investigate the current situation of the leadership of college English teachers in T city, identify the influencing factors of the effective realization of teacher leadership, and then propose effective countermeasures for the effective realization of teacher leadership.
