Abstract
The aim of this research is to investigate the eminent administrators and teachers view Points about the characteristics of the prominent school. In this study 135 administrators and teachers, including 77 males and 58 females were selected to form the statistical samples .The data were analyzed according to the research hypothesis, using methods of inferential statistics, such as chi-square test and factor analysis. The Results indicate that: 1) the components of the desired condition are identified and a framework is proposed, which can be employed to identify the characteristics of prominent school. 2) This framework includes three dimensions: New insights in training, the administrative structure and adequate physical space, and context of school-based educational management and leadership with economical, political, cultural, information technology, social, technical and technological aspects.
