A Study on various Applications of Computer Vision for Teaching Learning in Classroom

Abstract

In several disciplines today, including computer vision, machine learning and deep learning techniques have seen great success. The teaching and learning process is the most crucial aspect of every academic institution. Along with the educational activity, the students' behavior and attendance are closely observed during class. This research study has discussed about various applications of computer vision for classroom teaching and learning, including classroom monitoring, real-time attendance tracking, emotion recognition, student attention, and student evaluation. The study has shown that it can assist teachers in adapting their teaching strategies in accordance with the students' attention, behavior, and review. This may enhance the methods used for teaching and learning in the classroom context.
