A Study on the Trends and Characteristics of Military Crisis Management

Abstract

현재 군사 위기관리에 대한 학문적 연구는 빈도수가 매우 적은 상황이지만 국가적, 군사 측면에서 매우 중요한 분야이다. 따라서 향후 보다 발전적인 연구를 위하여 군사 위기관리에 대한 선행연구 내용을 분석하여 향후 연구를 위한 방향성을 제시하고 종합하였다. 연구 분석에 있어서는 군사 위기관리 연구경향의 4가지 일반적 특성과 군사 위기관리 연구경향에 대한 3가지 특성에 대하여 분석할 수 있었다. 이러한 선행연구 분석을 통하여 군사 위기관리에 있어서는 군사위기 유형 및 군사위기관리 절차와 군사 위기관리 세부요소 항목에 대한 선행연구가 많았으나 세부적 내용에 있어서는 깊이 있는 연구가 필요하다는 결과를 종합할 수 있었다. 따라서 군사 위기관리 선행연구 특성 항목인 군사위기 유형, 군사위기 관리절차, 군사 위기관리 세부 요소와 현실적인 군사 위기관리 상의많은 차이점을 확인할 수 있으므로 향후 연구에서는 군사 위기관리와 관련된 정책, 전략, 작전술적 관점과 다양한 전공분야의 관점에서 군사 위기관리에 대한 연구를 확장할 필요가 있다.Currently, academic research on military crisis management is very important in terms of national and military aspects, even in a situation where the frequency is very low. Therefore, for further developmental research, the study analyzed the contents of previous studies on military crisis management and presented and synthesized directions for future research. The research analysis was conducted on four general characteristics of the military crisis management research trend and three characteristics of the military crisis management research trend. Through the analysis of previous studies, there were many previous studies on the type of military crisis, the procedure of military crisis management, and the detailed elements of military crisis management, but in detail, it was possible to summarize the results that in-depth research is needed. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the research on military crisis management from the perspective of policy, strategy, operational point of view related to military crisis management and various major fields in the future because it can confirm many differences in military crisis type, military crisis management procedure, military crisis management detail factors and realistic military crisis management.
