Abstract

Quality award models, also known as business excellence models (BEMs), have important implications for enterprises on managing quality and providing guidance for businesses wishing to build and apply quality management systems. Self-assessment has been widely recognised around the world as a tool to guide the development of quality-related activities in enterprises.
