Abstract

The optimization of distribution routes has always been a hot topic in the field of logistics management. Recently, the number of people dining out has decreased due to the epidemic, and it has become a trend to buy fresh food such as fruits and vegetables online. However, the users ordering online are scattered, and their demands are featured by small batches and high frequencies. Therefore, the distribution cost remains high and the efficiency is low. In this paper, the optimization model of distribution routes was constructed based on practical examples according to the current situation of fresh food distribution under the epidemic situation. The max-min ant colony algorithm was used to solve the established model to obtain a more optimized distribution scheme, and the influence of parameter fluctuation on the results was also discussed.
