Abstract

The research investigates the efficiency of DevOps-related training for IT project managers. DevOps Team training is only somewhat successful overall, so there's room for development in how it's planned and delivered. Most IT managers and DevOps engineers were found to have Intermediate-level DevOps abilities, according to the research. Too many tools to handle tool chain automation, lack of an integrated vendor neutral framework, cultural shifts, and a lack of DevOps specialist skills are among the most significant obstacles that the DevOps team must overcome while managing DevOps initiatives. As a result, the researcher has developed an integrated model of continuous training assessment and effectiveness to enhance the industry's total training efficacy, bearing in mind the requirements of DevOps and futuristic technological developments.
