Abstract

Issues delays in collecting information from damaged areas following natural disasters, issues with delayed computation subjects of the damage and its cost due to difficulty in collecting basic statistical information, and issues with delayed establishment of restoration plans have been pointed out. Accordingly, this study proposes a join utilization model for disaster information as a method to effectively utilize basic statistical data related to disasters, for each agency. For this, preceding studies on joint utilization of information were reviewed, and the latest technologies and technology strategies needed for the joint utilization model were presented. It is expected that, through this, the results of this study can be used to compute damage statistics and establish restoration plans during various disasters.
