Abstract

Aim of the study: This study explore the essential principles and practices that contribute to achieving a meaningful work-life balance. Design/Methodology: KMO test is used to know the sampling adequacy and structural equation modelling is adopted for validation of the model. Findings: Work-life balance is a crucial aspect of modern life, as individuals strive to maintain harmony between their professional commitments and personal well-being. It will guide the individuals in their pursuit of a balanced life, such as setting priorities, time management and the importance of boundaries. The WLB offers insights into coping strategies and support systems that can aid individuals in overcoming the challenges. Practical Implications: The organizations need to implement the WLB practices such as flexible work arrangements, monetary and non-monetary benefits for the betterment of their employees.. Originality/value: According to the review of literature most of the studies are conducted on work-life balance in different area. But no study has been conducted to the art of work-life balance: key principles and practices.
