A Study on Locational Determinants and Evaluation Model based on Railway Logistics Depots

Abstract

본 연구는 철도물류기지 계획 시 공공과 민간특성을 함께 고려한 종합적인 입지결정요인과 평가모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 물류기지 입지관련 선행연구 검토와 FGI(Focus Group Interview, 표적집단면접)를 통해 입지결정 요인을 선정하였고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process, 계층 분석적 의사결정방법론) 분석을 통하여 중요도를 산정하였다. 그 결과 대분류 항목에서는 시장환경요인, 기지운영요인, 사업시행요인 순으로 나타났으며, 중분류 항목에서는 물류수요, 수익부가가치, 시설자동화 순이며, 소분류 항목에서는 가격경쟁력, 정부의 정책지원, 물류 프로세스 정보화 순으로 나타났다. 종합중요도는 가격경쟁력, 항만․산업단지 접근성, 교통수단간 연계 편의성 순으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기존 선행 연구가 미약한 철도물류기지를 중심으로 입지결정요인 도출과 평가모형을 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있으며, 연구결과가 향후 실제 개발 시 적용할 수 있는 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.This study is to propose a comprehensive locational determinants and an evaluation model for logistics depot based on railway at the stage of planning with consideration on public and private feature. The decision factor was selected after a preceding research about the location and FGI. The importance was chosen by AHP analysis. The result shows that a large-classification has market environment, depot operation, business implementation, a medium- classification has logistics demand, profit added value, facility automation and a small-classification has price competitiveness, policy supports from the government, informatization of logistics process. It indicates that the total importance has price competitiveness, accessibility to port and industrial complex and convenience between different means of transportation. It is meaningful in that this study suggested a locational determinants and an evaluation model for logistics depot based on railway, which there have been no enough preceding researches. The results can be conducive to base data for practical development stage.
