Teams with increased empowerment are active, driven, and engaged, which improves retention and job satisfaction. Effective communication and alignment with company goals are critical for the success of empowerment efforts, even in the face of obstacles like opposition to change. In conclusion, the key to realizing workers' full potential and promoting long-term growth in the IT industry is employee empowerment.
