Abstract

The loss of brilliant workers to competing businesses is the biggest problem confronting modern companies due to the liberalization of the market. As the need for qualified professionals grows and the traditional career path gives way to one that is more fluid and dynamic, workers have less loyalty to their current employers and are more willing to go elsewhere if their requirements are not being met. Businesses may reduce employee turnover by designing retention strategies that cater to workers' wants and requirements. Keeping in mind the significance of the connection between retention tactics and the stage of an employee's career, this research was conceived.
