Abstract
The study entitled “A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE ABSENTEEISM” The main objective of the study is to identify the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system of JEPPIAAR MILK PRODUCT PRIVATE LIMITED The study was undertaken with the sample of 70 which are chosen Random sampling Method; the data collected were analyzed with the help of percentage and chi-square analysis. It was observed from the analysis that most of the respondents were aware of the performance appraisal system and has the favorable opinion about the company current system of performance appraisal. The study was concluded suggesting further improving in the providing system.
