Abstract
Rice is widely cultivated economical crop in the world. India is the 2nd larger producer of Rice after China. But Farmers now loss their interest in Rice Production due to the lack of better return as well as unavailability of environment protection. Day by day, cultivation of rice effects by many diseases by viral, Bacterial, Fungal, Rust and Insects etc. In this paper, we have introduced on detection of Brown Spot diseases on rice plant using Machine Learning with the help of Image Processing. This is an automated system based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier which can identify Leaf Brown Spot as per Morphological changes of leaf.
