Abstract
The starting pressure gradient and moving boundary in low permeability porous media are exsited, a coupled mathematical model of groundwater pollution equation is developed. Because of the existing the trucation errors associated with finite-difference solution, the difference equation of onedimensional groundwater pollution are corrected based on Taylor analysis. The influence of the starting pressure gradient on the distribution of groundwater contaminant is studied. The results show that it has an important influence for starting pressure gradient on the distribution of groundwater pollution which can not be ignored in research of the groundwater pollution in low permeability porous media.
