Abstract

The comprehensive study of the living conditions of the rural population is required for the consistent and purposeful elimination of socioeconomic differences between town and country and for eliciting and resolving the most acute problem pertaining to the reproduction of labor power in the countryside. The present article used materials of a sociological study of a sample group of heads and secondary members of families (in the absence of the first members at the time of the poll) of two rural soviets in Novosibirsk Oblast.
