Abstract
Objective To investigate the differences of CDs infiltrating cells expressions in seg-mental and non-segmental vitiligo. Methods The expressions of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD20,CD45RO, CD68,CD79a were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expressions of CD3 , CD4 ,CD8 and CD45 RO of the infiltrating cells in both non-segmental and segmental vitiligo were significantly higher than those of normal control group,the differences were statistically significant （ P﹤0. 01 ）;the expressions of CD20 ,CD79αand CD68 of infiltrating cells both in segmental and non-segmental vitiligo were same as normal control group,the difference was not statistically signifi-cant（ P﹥0. 01 ）. Conclusions CD3 ,CD4 ,CD8 ,CD45 RO and CD68 are related to immune re-sponse both in segmental and non-segmental vitiligo. Key words: Vitiligo; Segmental ; Non-segmental ; Pathogenesis
