Background

In a 1998 article, MCKINSEY QUARTERLY introduced the term “War of talents” to show the fact that need for attracting, retaining and developing talented employees was emerging as the basis of competitive growth for any industry. One main reason of leaving job given by professionals is because their senior manager does not understand the psychology of work satisfaction. This problem is about the behavior and not about the knowledge of the employees. We have come to understand that in today’s competitive and demanding workplace, managers can’t succeed on their technical skills alone They have to have good people skills. Organizations across the globe have realized that employees leave organization many times not because of the work but because of the boss It shows the problem relies on interpersonal issues and that is because people are not having proper behavioral skills. Retaining and managing such talent require more weight on behavioral trainings
