Abstract

P.M. female 2 years 2mm and transferred from a suburban hospital for vomiting incoercibile and slight increase of pancreatic enzymes. Born at 37 weeks of pregnancy, TC placental aging emergency. Birth weight kg 1.800, hypoglycaemia and jaundice, neonatal, mixed feeding for 10 months then formula, introduction of gluten in 6 months. To 12 months starting post-meal regurgitation treated by treating with Ranitidine and hydrolysed milk with weight that you always kept below 5° PC. Gastric symptoms vomiting and abdominal pain persisted until hospitalization in our Department with a weight less than 5°PC always.
