Abstract

<p>本研究採多重個案研究,以三位在大陸地區取得教育學博士,並在大陸地區就業的臺灣地區人士為研究對象,透過文件分析以及深度訪談蒐集資料,以理解目前臺灣高等教育人才到大陸就業的原因、生活適應情形及未來的生涯規劃。主要發現去大陸的原因有五點,在陸生活適應的狀況有八種,而對未來生涯的規劃有三種看法。本研究建議赴陸博士內在應正向思考,外在提升跨文化適應力以融入當地以適應環境,也建議我國政府應落實兩會的交流實質功能。</p> <p> </p><p>This study used multiple case studies and enrolled three Taiwanese who have obtained doctorate degrees in education in Mainland China and are employed in Mainland China as the research subjects. This study collected data using document analysis and in-depth interviews to understand the reasons why current Taiwanese higher education talents seek employment in Mainland China, as well as their life adaptation situations and their future career planning. This study mainly found that there are 5 reasons for them to seek employment in Mainland China, 8 conditions encountered in life adaption, and 3 views on future career planning. This study suggests that PhD holders who intend to seek employment in Mainland China should think positively internally and improve cross-cultural adaptability externally to integrate into the local environment and adapt to the environment. Taiwan government is also advised to fulfill the substantive exchange function of the Straits Exchange Foundation and Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits.</p> <p> </p>
