Abstract
The 8th Annual Innovations in eLearning Symposium (IEL) attracted a variety of speakers and attendees earlier this month. The event focused on three core areas: informal learning and social media, learning and performance analytics, and competitive edge(through innovation. In this recap, Jeanette Campos gives an overview of IEL12, a small conference with global reach.
