Abstract

In this paper, a simultaneous wireless power transfer and data transfer (SWPDT) system with high misalignment tolerance is proposed. The system adopts a three-coil structure, which can effectively suppress the reduction of mutual inductance. In addition, the system adopts an improved S/SP compensation topology, and the compensation parameters are reasonably designed, which reduces the sensitivity of the system output to the mutual inductance and improves the anti-offset capability of the system. The system uses DD coils to transmit and receive data on both the primary and secondary sides to reduce the influence of power on the data and improve its reliability of the data. Then, a 100W prototype is designed, which has high misalignment tolerance and can transfer correct data simultaneously, and its rate reaches 1Mb/s. This prototype verifies the feasibility of the scheme.
