Abstract
SummaryA relatively simple method for separation of fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled gamma globulin from serum has been presented. The procedure has been applied to a number of labeled anti-bacterial and anti-viral sera, and the labeled gamma globulin obtained gave definite specific fluorescence when used in the staining procedure with markedly low background fluorescence.The authors wish to acknowledge the technical assistance of Mrs. F.
