Abstract
This publication presents a series of activities for formative assessment of second-year university students’ sociocultural knowledge of Spain based on the topic “Por el mundo hispanico. Viajando por Madrid” (“Travel to Spain. Madrid Tour”). The author uses several puzzles, a crossword, a test and a lexical game, as well as some exercises borrowed from the Internet (http://videoele.com/Archivos/A2_El-fin-de-semana_actividad.pdf). These activities are recommended for Spanish language classroom and extracurricular self-study work.
