Abstract
Abstract This paper introduces a self-cleaning glue feeding system. Based on the slit coating process, a mid-line adhesive glue feeding system suitable for KDF3E filter rod forming machine has been developed through innovative design of nozzle structure, improvement of coating process flow, optimization of process parameters, and other methods and measures. After the machine test, we can solve the current glue feeding problem and improve the overall efficiency and quality of mid-line glue.
