Abstract

The problem of electromagnetism with magnetic monopoles is approached by the physically interesting and mathematically powerful formalism of Clifford algebras, which provides a natural language for Minskowski space-time ( Dirac algebra) and euclidean space ( Pauli algebra). A lagrangian and hamiltonian formalism constructed for interacting monopoles, which overcomes many of the long-standing difficulties that are known to plague the approaches developed till now.
