A Research on the Integrated Value Management of PPP Project Based on Hall’s Three Dimensional Structure

Abstract

At present, the PPP projects are great emerging, but also appeared many problems at the same time, such as safety, influence over budget, poor quality, ecological environmental protection, etc. the degree of satisfaction is low, the project value loss is serious, so it is of great significance to strengthen the research and application of project value management. In this paper, based on hall three dimensions structure of innovative PPP project integrated value management system: the time axis—the total project life cycle process; Target axis—macro to micro goal of the project; Value management axis—value management process, and analyze the three-dimensional structure model. This study improves the management level of the value for the PPP project, provides strong guidance to ensure the success of the project, realize the win-win cooperation.
