Abstract

In this paper, the output voltage requirements of the piezoelectric ceramic stack actuator drive circuit are briefly described. A high-voltage charging and discharging circuit is proposed as the piezoelectric ceramic stack actuator drive circuit. Two drive circuit schemes are listed and compared. A practical scheme is selected to build experimental bench and simulation model to verify the analysis. The experimental and simulation results both show that the output voltage amplitude can reach 1kV, the charging time is less than 5ms, and the discharging time is less than 10ms, which satisfies the drive circuit output requirements.
