Abstract
This report concerns a case of atrial parasystole. The parasystole is seen on four different days and exhibited rate changes parallel to rate changes in the S-A node and periods of “fixed” coupling to the dominant pacemaker. There is also an unusual example of an interpolated atrial premature contraction originating from the parasystolic focus.
