A real-time online model of power purchasing and selling based on TMR

Abstract

This paper presented a kind of online calculation model for the purchase and sale of electricity business using TMR (Tele-Meter Reading system) real-time production data. The model solved the inconsistent of the data between power purchasing and power selling, and realized the real-time calculation of the margin income among the power grid corporation. Meanwhile, the model discovered the “inventory” problem under the traditional statistical mechanism of power selling. The result of the example shows that this model can calculate the index of power purchasing and selling synchronously. It found “inventory” phenomenon in power selling, and analyzed that the main reason for this phenomenon is due to inconsistent of statistical cycle and management factors.
