Abstract

The close bulkcapacity intelligent measurement is the important technical support for our country’s shipping internationalization, standardization, the close monitoring. In order to achieve the reliability, efficiency and accuracy of measurement results, it is necessary to actively integrate with industrial Internet of Things, big data and supply chain technology and other advanced technologies. Among them, the liquid tank volume measurement technology is the basis to support the ship intelligence, and also the basis for the ship bulk liquid trade handover, pollutant management, fuel consumption measurement and other requirements. Traditional manual measurement capacity metering timeconsuming, low precision, unable to obtain continuous realtime data, cannot satisfy large data analysis, and the analysis of the complex supply chain requirements, discrete, non realtime measurement data, unable to support the supervision department of the shipowners and shipping ship liquid fine management needs, unable to support multinational trade in bulk liquid delivery requirements of the ship. In this paper, a real-time closed-form liquid volume measurement method with multi-sensors including the Internet of Things architecture is proposed, and a large number basis for liquid volume of tank capacity is constructed, which includes relevant influencing factors such as ship floating state, tank temperature and tank shape. This method can provide real-time and accurate data in reliability, efficiency and accuracy, and provide technical support for intelligent supply chain management. Effectively improve the measurement accuracy of liquid tank, and realize remote data monitoring. This study has the value of theoretical research and practical application in the measurement of ship cabin liquid volume, and is of great significance in promoting the measurement of ship liquid cabin volume in the aspects of Internet of things, big data, intelligent supply chain and so on.
