Abstract

A stopped-flow technique employing a mini-computer control arrangement is described for use in electron spin resonance spectroscopy. By observing the time dependence of small segments rather than individual points of a spectrum, complete time-resolved spectra in the range 10 ms to 5 min can be obtained with very efficient use of reagents. An algorithm and a suitable experimental arrangement are described for the application of the technique.
