Abstract

Benign multicystic mesothelioma of pleura and periton is a rare tumor, which is seen in middle-aged women mostly. It was defined in 1979. Even though it is a clinically benign tumor, 50% relapse is seen after surgery. It is rare in men and generally diagnosed after the examinations following surgery because of the difficulties on diagnosing.
