Abstract
An 80-year-old male patient presented with a 3-month history of hematuria, urinary incontinence, and reported penile skin darkening. Physical exam revealed a fungating penile mass encompassing the entire glans and urethra with minimal shaft involvement. Irregular, black pigmentation was appreciable throughout the lesion (Figs. 1 and 2), and there was palpable and mobile right inguinal lymphadenopathy. Computed tomography demonstrated an irregular suspicious soft tissue cutaneous enhancing mass in the penile glans with an enlarged 2.2 × 1.7cm right inguinal node corresponding to the palpable lymphadenopathy on exam.
