Abstract

The quark correlation function, g( r), of nuclear matter is calculated in a simple model with many of the essential composite features of nucleons. From g the Coulomb sum rule is calculated and found not to go to unity because there is substantial overlap of momentum scales describing NN correlations and nucleon substructure.
