Abstract
The reagent, hexamminocobaltic chloride, offers a means of distinguishing microscopically between chromate- and dichromate-ions in the absence of interfering ions, such as metavanadate-, ferrocyanide-, ferricyanide-, tungstate-, molybdate-, tetrathionate-, ortho- and pyrophosphate-ions.
