Abstract

Abstract A single specimen of the polyzoan “Monotrypella” maorica Wilckens has been identified in a sample collected by Mr Guyon Warren, Geological Survey, Christchurch. Locality details are as follows: GS9004; S59/532; grid ref. ca. 072246; boulder in Halpin Creek, at main road bridge, two miles south of Arthurs Pass township (Fig. 2). Monotis has been found in a number of places nearby.
