Abstract
At present, micro-groove flat heat pipe has become the focus of study and development of heat pipe. This paper introduces mainly its design features and manufacturing processes. The conclusions of the study are as follows: The plate heat pipe has good start-up and performance characteristics. We should pay attention to the compatibility between working medium and shell material in the design. At the same time, we should control strictly the cleaning, leak detection, and filling in the process to ensure the manufacture quality.
