Abstract

The spread of the COVID-19 virus has triggered a health crisis on a worldwide scale. There is a high demand for vital smart medical equipment and accessories, quarantine centers, surveillance systems, and other relevant digital technologies. Technologies that enable remote work from secure locations are essential in healthcare, manufacturing, and education. During and after the COVID-19 crisis, digital technologies and the instruments of Industry 4.0 may be able to meet these individualized need. This perspective help the healthcare professionals to deal with the challenging times after pandemic.
