Abstract
This article investigates the necessary solutions to improve the quality of vocational training associated with social needs, especially green innovation in the goal of sustainable development. Methods of collecting documents, analyzing and synthesizing are applied throughout the article to deduce and find out solutions suitable to the conditions of vocational education in Vietnam. The results show that green training of human resources contributes to raising awareness of environmental protection, improving training quality, reducing labor waste and creating jobs for young people in appropriately trained occupations with business requirements. However, the participation of experts throughout the curriculum and practical support devices in business connection is needed to find practical value for the output.
