Abstract

This research study titled a study on awareness and preference of the college students towards educational based mobile application was to identify the awareness and preferences of students studying colleges in India towards education based mobile apps. The study focused on collecting information on the level of technology used, extent of mobile usage, convenience and preferences of the students in using education based mobile apps. The data was collected using questionnaire the data collected was analyzed using various statistical tools like Percentage Analysis, Factor Analysis, Chi-Square test, and correlation. The research tools aimed to pinpoint the requirement and opinions of the Engineering college students and to suggest inputs about technological requirement similar the prospect of the students.
