Abstract

Gas chromatography with a pulsed discharge helium ionization detector has the advantages of high sensitivity, wide linear range and universal use. It detects SF 6 , O 2 , N 2 , H 2 S, SO 2 , SOF 2 , SO 2 F 2 , S 2 OF 10 , CS 2 , CF 4 , C 3 F 8 , CO 2 , CO and other components with single injection.
